One of our clients came in to our shop wanting crests made for his company. At the time, he wasn't able to send us a photo of his logo but he did have his business card. He left it behind with us and we were able to produce the results he was looking for!
Although we like working with high resolution logos, it is not necessary. We understand this is not something you may have access to, especially if it is something unique like your grandmother's handwriting, and are able to work with the original medium. As long as we can take a photo of it, we can digitize any design and embroider it!
