We provide the classics, high-end decoration choice - sew on twill and sew on appliqué. Sew on twill, or as it is often referred to as appliqué, is a technique in which pieces of fabric, usually a poly/cotton twill, are cut out and then sewn or embroidered onto team jerseys, sweatshirts, jackets and more.
Today,
using embroidery machines, complex combinations of embroidery and sew on
appliqué can be used to create intricate, 3-dimensional design that are large,
relatively inexpensive and impactful. Sew on twill numbers and letters are
per-cut into personalized numbers and letters for team uniforms that look like
the pros.
Sew on twill is machine washable, won't shrink or run and give the nostalgic, upscale look to your team gear. Typical size of twill letters for sew on numbers and letters and teams names on jerseys and jackets is 2"-3" high.
