To request a quote prior placing your order, please use one of the following forms. We will review your quote and graphic image and call or e-mail if there any additional information we require.
Quick Quote Form Quote for on logo and/or text. Detailed Quote
Form More than one logo and/or apparel please use this form. Available Font List Choose from over 150 stock fonts. If you have a custom font please upload your art file on the quick or detailed quote form.
Vector Art
If at all possible "Vector" files are the best type to submit. The most common vector formats are:
- .eps
- .cdr (Corel Draw)
- .ai (Adobe Illustrator)*
Please refer to our artwork guidelines before submitting any images.
* Please note: Just because it is in these formats doesn’t mean it’s vector. Someone can paste a bitmap image into a file with these extensions and it isn’t vector. The way to tell is to zoom in as far as you can. If it is grainy it’s not vector.

Quote Requirements
The following information is needed to quote on embroidery or printed products:
- New or Repeat order?
- Embroidery & Heat Transfer Logo size （width and / or height Indicate Inch or Centimeter )
- Number of colors in logo
- Quantity of each item
- Location for each logo (Left or right front, Left or Right Sleeve, Center front or back, etc)
- Product material (What kind of fabric it will be sewn on?) 100% Cotton, Polyester, Blend, Nylon, etc
- Is the logo the same colour within the same order or are there variations depending on back ground color
- Fabric Colour
- Due Date
- PO Number
