Shipping

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery window is 5 - 7 days on orders within 100 locations and 8000 stitches count designs.  In the lead up to the Calgary Stampede orders can take up to 3 weeks.

Rush Orders

Yes, we can do rush orders. Each rush order is quoted individually based on your needs and our adjustments needed to meet them. We don't have a flat rate which might overcharge you. We look at each situation individually and account for overtime needed, express shipping costs, etc. Let us know your needs, and we'll give you a detailed quote.

Back Orders (Contract Embroidery Customers)

Back orders will be invoiced on the new quantity and stitch count unless stated with in-coming order.

Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Once you are an established customer, we may accept purchase orders to be paid by check.

Sales Tax:  5%

Deposits

For large orders, 50%, with balance due upon completion.

Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of embroidery and heat transfers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a clear manufacturers or decoration defect. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days.

Please send us an email to sales@embroideryclassics.ca  with the following information: your name, invoice number, the items to be returned, and the reason for returning them. We will promptly review your request and issue you a Return Authorization Number if warranted. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label for you to use.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Orders returned COD will be rejected.

We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed your return. Credits are not processed until the merchandise has been returned and inspected. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card. In the event you paid by check, we will issue you a check for your refund.

Once you have received your prepaid shipping label, mark your Return Authorization Number clearly on the box and ship the package to the address on the label.

Damages

100% guaranteed when apparel order is placed by Embroidery Classics .

Minimums

We accept small orders of less than 12, however our minimum invoice is $25.00.

Apparel - No minimums with most suppliers

Embroidery - Prices are based on QUANTITY AND STITCH COUNT. An order must have the same thread color, garment and design. Any thread color change or edits is considered a new order. Hat, bags, apparel cannot be combined for a quantity pricing.

Crests
     Crest smaller than 7 inch minimum order 25
     Crest larger than 7 inches minimum order 12

Name Crest - Embroidery 6 minimum

Name Bars  - Embroidery - 1 minimum; heat press 6 minimum

Heat Press – Easy Prints - no minimums;  custom orders - please call.

Appliqué Team Numbers – no minimums

Hats - 12 to 24 depending on supplier.

Madeira Thread

Madeira thread is fade resistant and chlorine proof. Its high quality ensures long lasting wear and vibrancy thought out years of wear.

 It is the only brand we trust and use at Embroidery Classics. Thread comes in 350 shades of colors. Many of which have a pantone color match.

Pantone Color Matching

The Pantone Matching System is an international reference system for selecting, specifying and matching color. We will make the closest match possible with our vast selection of thread inventory . If there is a better match available from our supplier that you prefer, we will be happy to purchase the thread for you. We charge $40.00 per color to custom order this in.

Team names

To prevent typos and miss spelling of names we require a team list in a word or excel format exactly as you wish it to appear including capitalization . Indicate if you want one or two lines height of name or number . Do not add # signs or commas unless you want this embroidered. Another thing to keep in mind is that we group garments to be personalized in groups from small to large. Please sort names that are will be applied to the same size garment together.  Group "smalls" together, then mediums together and so on. This helps to prevent errors and will production more efficient and faster for you. Please proof read prior to sending.

Art Approval

We will process your order when final art is approved. No exceptions! Please sign and return by email to quote@embroideryclassics.ca  or by fax to 403-720-1944

No verbal orders or changes are accepted.

Changes

All changes must be e-mailed or faxed in.

For orders already in production, Embroidery Classics will not be held responsible for changes not advised in time.

Edits or revisions

Revisions or edits to pre digitized logos or stock designs $25 minimum

Copyrights

Embroidery Classics accepts no liability for any unauthorized use of copyrighted or registered logos. It is assumed that you the client have obtained the legal right for the use of their logo.
